Matt Cynamon

Matt’s career has been defined by creating something out of nothing. At USV, he’s now on his third tour of duty as our new head of media, having previously launched our talent function and our AI initiatives. Matt is an entrepreneur at heart and has experienced company building from multiple angles—as a founder, an early employee, an operator helping the business scale, and through his work shaping government policy on startup ecosystems. He lives and breathes startups and is excited to help them tell their stories.
